Exchange Rates

Rates displayed are indicative only and subject to change. These rates are updated every 30 minutes and may differ from those displayed in-store and on the Lotus FX Online app. To get a rate for your transaction, head in store, use our Lotus FX Online app or contact us on nzcustomercare@lotusfx.com or 0800 442288. The buy rate is used when you are exchanging a foreign currency to New Zealand Dollars (Lotus is buying the foreign currency from you). The sell rate is used when you are buying foreign currency from us and paying us in New Zealand dollars (Lotus is selling the foreign currency to you).
